Kim Force "Of Counsel"

Kim Force works in an "of counsel" capacity with Rotts & Gibbs, LLC. She was born in 1970 in Fulton, Missouri, and graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1993. After college, Kim spent several years working with in-house legal departments for various high-tech and international software companies. She attained her Juris Doctor and Masters of Intellectual Property degrees from Pierce Law School in 2002. She is admitted to practice law in both the State of Missouri and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Kim focuses her practice on small, start-up and high-tech business entities, intellectual property (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and licensing), and contract drafting and negotiation. Her business degree and real-world corporate experience enable her to skillfully address the legal needs of small businesses struggling to compete and survive in today's global economy.
